White Harvest Trading Company is committed to our customer’s security and will never release a customer’s personal information to anyone.

What happens if I receive an item and it is damaged?

If an item is damaged during shipping please make sure that you return the item in its original box along with the receipt and White Harvest will either reimburse you for the item or will replace it with an undamaged version at no extra cost.

What is your return policy?

White Harvest Trading Company is dedicated to providing our customers with the utmost satisfaction when it comes to our products. If for some reason you are not pleased with your product you may return it and we will reimburse you for the full value of the item (shipping charges are not refundable). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

How long does an order take to ship?

Items should be expected to arrive to you according to the type of shipping that you choose on the check-out screen. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing.

Can I make a donation?
